“I offer a space where we can put words to what eludes you. Together, we will come to understand your difficulties through therapeutic work adapted to your situation.”

Every life path is unique, and people rarely seek help for a single reason. Often, something repeats itself, has weighed on you for too long, or seems to elude you. Here are some of the reasons you might consider seeing a psychologist:
Worry, rumination, anxiety attacks, insomnia and a feeling of tension.
A sense of sadness and emptiness settling into daily life.
Situations that replay and repeat themselves — at work, in relationships or in the family — without your managing to understand why.
Couple conflicts, difficulty setting boundaries, isolation, emotional dependency, or difficulty finding your place.
Lack of confidence, a sense of failure and of not measuring up.
Living far from your country and your language can reawaken questions of identity and loneliness.
The loss of a loved one, a break-up, or a life change that upends your bearings and needs to be worked through.
Fatigue that won't lift, over-investment in work, loss of motivation and a feeling of being drained, up to burnout.
Every path is different. The first meeting allows us to get to know each other, to understand what brings you to consider therapy, and to define together the frame and goals of the work.
In-depth work, at several sessions per week, to explore together the roots and meanings of blocks and suffering. A demanding and transformative process.
A regular space for speaking, to put words to what hurts, understand what repeats itself, and regain room for manoeuvre in your life. Pace and duration adjust to your situation.
A space for parents and children around the difficulties children and adolescents may face: school difficulties, anxieties, behavioural issues, or the delicate passages of adolescence.
I also offer the following approaches : couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Groups are formed by registration, around a specific, shared theme.

A psychologist registered with the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid (COPM no. M-39651) and a psychoanalyst in training with the Madrid Psychoanalytic Association, I see adults, children and adolescents in English, French and Spanish.
Trained first in philosophy in Bordeaux, then in psychology (UNED) and general health psychology (University of Valencia), I transitioned to clinical work after a long career in international organisations. My analytic practice is attentive to each person's singularity and rests on the clinical rigour of my training — as well as on the curiosity and openness of my broader path.
Based in Madrid for several years, I work in particular with expatriates facing the difficulties that uprooting brings.
Some answers to the questions people often ask before a first consultation. Don't hesitate to contact me with any other question.
The first sessions are a time for listening and exchange: there is nothing to prepare. You describe what brings you, in your own way and at your own pace. At the end of these sessions, you decide whether to begin therapy. We then define together your request and the most suitable working frame.
Yes. Video sessions are possible, in English, French or Spanish, especially for people far from Madrid or who travel often. The in-person frame is nonetheless preferred, and we will aim to set regular in-person appointments if your usual format is online. Confidentiality is the same as in the office.
Absolutely. I am bound by professional confidentiality, in accordance with the codes of ethics of the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid and the Madrid Psychoanalytic Association. Nothing said in session is shared with third parties.
Fees are 70 € per session. This amount can be discussed depending on your situation, and I keep a number of reduced-rate places — don't hesitate to contact me about it. Fees may be reviewed on an annual basis. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.
